Garrison is a city in Crow Wing County, Minnesota, USA, on Mille Lacs Lake. The population was 210 at the 2010 census. The city lies within Garrison Township. It is part of the Brainerd Micropolitan Statistical Area. U.S. Route 169 and Minnesota State Highway 18 are two of the main arterial routes in the community. Garrison was founded by Oscar E. Garrison, the same man who founded Wayzata, Minnesota.
